Peter Welch

Peter Welch serves as an Investment Associate at SJP Properties, bringing seven years of experience in real estate capital markets. He facilitates the execution of transactions from initial underwriting through closing and actively supports new acquisition and development initiatives across various asset classes.

Prior to his tenure at SJP, Peter was a senior financial analyst on Cushman & Wakefield’s investment sales team. His responsibilities encompassed financial modeling, valuation and the preparation of marketing materials such as offering memoranda and broker opinions of value. Additionally, he managed due diligence processes, coordinated investor outreach, and maintained client relationships throughout the transaction life cycle, with particular emphasis on multifamily and mixed-use assets.

Peter is based in New York City and holds a Master of Management Studies from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University.
