Paul Adamo

Paul Adamo comes to SJP Properties with over 35 years of engineering experience. His background includes extensive work with HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and life‑safety systems across high‑occupancy and mission‑critical environments.

Prior to joining SJP, Paul spent nine years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he was responsible for maintaining heating and cooling systems, monitoring critical environments, performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical equipment. His earlier experience includes long‑term building operations roles with Jeffrey Management Corp., where he supported multiple large commercial properties, and more recent mobile engineering work with ABCO Facilities Maintenance.

Paul holds numerous industry certifications, including refrigeration, fire and life‑safety, fuel piping, standpipe and sprinkler systems, and OSHA safety training. He is a graduate of the Thomas Shortman Training School (Local 32BJ) and has completed specialized coursework in chiller systems, steam traps, cooling tower operations and electrical and plumbing fundamentals.
