Meghan Whalen is a seasoned facilities and engineering leader with more than 25 years of experience overseeing complex commercial, institutional, and mission-critical environments across New York City. With a career spanning hands-on mechanical operations to executive-level facilities oversight, she has led large, cross-functional teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and driven strategic operational improvements for major organizations including The Frick Collection, Cushman & Wakefield, Brookfield Properties and Forest City Ratner Companies. Known for her ability to enhance service delivery, optimize maintenance programs, and build strong client and vendor relationships, Meghan brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic leadership to every role. She excels in creating efficient, safe, and high-performing facility operations that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

Meghan holds certifications in refrigeration and sprinkler systems and Osha 10 and 30 hour safety programs.
