Miranda Wieczenski

Miranda Wieczenski joined SJP Properties in 2004 and is currently in the role of Accounting Manager. In this role, Miranda oversees the day-to-day functions of the accounting department and the accounting staff. Part of the oversight process is to make sure the financial reporting is accurate and timely prepared by the Senior Accountants as well as the accounts payable and receivable functions timely processed. She also administers all the accounting systems utilized by SJP Properties.

After graduating from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting, Miranda worked 10 years for a medium size regional CPA firm. There she gained a wealth of knowledge in audits, financial statement preparation as well as corporate and personal income taxes. During her public accounting tenure, she received her CPA license. In deciding to leave public and move on to private, she entered the Real Estate industry and has been working in Real Estate ever since.
