Credit Agricole Bank selected SJP as landlord and contractor to complete the construction of their Regional Occupied Disaster Recovery site and distributed workplace in Iselin, New Jersey. The project featured a fully redundant installation including Utility Power, Generator Power and UPS Power. Within the bank’s disaster recovery space, SJP built two completely redundant electrical distribution systems, UPS systems and network systems to each desk with A & B side electrical distribution.

The A & B side electrical network is fully redundant to separate building switch gears and generators with an added tie-switch for switchover in the unlikely event of failure. The space has supplemental cooling from four separate computer room AC units served by rooftop drycoolers and act in redundant pairs which cycle for load balancing. The building features a total of three Megawatts of generator back-up power for all base-building systems and tenant electrical loads.

Interior photography is strictly prohibited by the tenant due to the confidential nature of the buildout and use of space.
