Giancarlo Enriquez

Giancarlo Enriquez brings more than seven years of hospitality and management experience to his position as Assistant Property Manager at SJP Properties. Giancarlo manages the building staff, tenant relations and vendor relationships at the Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken, NJ alongside the Senior Property Manager, and rest of property management team.

Prior to joining SJP Properties, Giancarlo served as General Manager for Red Lobster Hospitality in Nanuet, NY. In this role, Giancarlo managed the business operations, staff, guest relations and vendor relationships. He oversaw all aspects of building functions including the safety and functionalities of the facility.

Giancarlo is an active member of BOMA NJ. He was recognized by BOMA, as one of the J. Michael Coleman Scholarship recipients for 2024. Through his participation in BOMA, Giancarlo has devoted much effort as an emerging leader. He is currently working towards obtaining the BOMI RPA Designation.

Giancarlo earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Political Science at Rutgers University.
