CSG – 105 Eisenhower Parkway

SJP Properties was selected to deliver a large-scale, multifaceted headquarters for CSG Law in Roseland, NJ.  The project encompassed both a base building repositioning while simultaneously executing the tenant buildout for CSG. The base building work itself was substantial, featuring an $8.7 million investment in hardscaping and landscaping alongside a stunning three-story glass atrium. The tenant buildout consists of a versatile multi-purpose suite boasting an expansive reception area as well as more intimate board rooms and an exterior patio, a dedicated conference center featuring 16 rooms and an interconnecting staircase.  The entire project was completed in less than six months.

This new headquarters was designed to enable the firm to deliver a full range of legal services to their valued clients in an ever more cost-effective manner. The space was custom-designed with a host of efficiencies and a fully integrated technology experience.
