Waterfront Corporate Center I & II occupy Block A of the South Waterfront Development, an exciting master-planned mixed-use project on the Hoboken waterfront. This deal was quickly followed by long term leases with two global financial services firms, Japan’s Sumitomo Trust & Banking and France’s CPR (USA). Later in 2001, Fuji Securities, currently known as Mizuho, leased a floor, making this one of the only buildings in Hudson county to have been over 90% pre-leased with quality office tenants. Waterfront Corporate Center II – 121 River street was completed in the third quarter of 2003 with Marsh & McClennan as its anchor tenant with 420,000 sf and is 100% leased. This building is a mirror image of Waterfront Corporate Center I. The two properties are adjacent to a 5-acre park on Pier A, which was completed in March 2000.
