SJP Properties served Tiffany & Co. as project manager and owner's representative when developing a 90,000 sf office expansion and foodservice expansion, as well as a 500-car parking garage adjacent to their existing office facilities in Parsippany, New Jersey. This Customer Service Center was completed in the second quarter of 2002. The scope of services provided by SJP include coordination of the development process, contribution to the development concept, obtaining governmental approvals, coordination of all professionals, pre-construction, scheduling and budgeting, supporting their in-house facilities and management teams, actively managing the Construction Manager selection process, overseeing the overall cost management process, and maintaining the overall schedule and quality control of the project.
