SJP completed Morris Corporate Center IV Phase One in 1999, within 12 months of beginning construction. The 350,000 sf headquarters-quality office building was then fully leased to Aventis Pharma. In 2000, SJP completed Phase Two, a second 350,000 sf adjoining structure on the 35-acre site, for a total of 700,000 sf.
