EBI is a global leader in electro- and biomechanical medicine based in Parsippany, New Jersey. For ten years, the growing company has called upon SJP Properties to help meet its changing real estate needs. EBI‘s original headquarters, an 88,000sf building at 6 Upper Pond Road in Parsippany’s Morris Corporate Center, was designed to accommodate the company’s specific needs. SJP was responsible for all aspects of the project, from obtaining state and local approvals, coordinating the design, arranging construction and permanent financing, and supervising the Construction Manager of the building shell. EBI has occupied the building since its completion in 1987, and in 1995 acquired outright ownership.
