In this project, SJP designed, developed and built a 70,000 sf office and state-of- the-art check printing and distribution facility for Deluxe on a 12.5 acre site in Morris County, New Jersey. SJP’s responsibilities included management of all aspects of the entire development, from obtaining state and local approvals, coordinating and supervising the design, to arranging construction and permanent financing and supervising construction of the building shell. In addition, SJP acted as Construction Manager for the interior fit-out work. Deluxe is the leading company in its field, and this building serves as their Regional Headquarters facility.
