Jeff is Executive Vice President of Leasing & Marketing for SJP Properties, one of the New York metropolitan area's leading developers of Class A office space. Jeff joined SJP in early 2010 and is responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing activities for the company's multi-million square-foot portfolio of Class A office buildings and build-to-suit properties in suburban New Jersey and New York City, including 11 Times Square in New York City, Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater, Morris Corporate Center in Parsippany and Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken. Additionally, Jeff is responsible for all new business development and the coordination of all marketing activities for SJP's corporate brand, managing a team of in-house marketing and leasing professionals, as well as third party vendors, including public relations and advertising.
During his distinguished 30-year career in commercial real estate, Jeff has held positions with some of the region's leading real estate firms, including The Mack Company (now Mack-Cali), where he was a partner in charge of leasing, and Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, where he began his career. He has been involved in the leasing of more than 20 million square feet of transactions with many of the world's premier corporations, including AT&T, CBS, D&B, Toys-R-Us, Allstate Insurance, Pepsi-Cola and Mutual of New York. In addition, Jeff has led two of the New Jersey's leading commercial real estate brokerage firms: CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International.
Jeff attended UCLA and is an active member of several of the real estate industry's foremost associations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties of New Jersey (NAIOP), for which he sits on the Board of Directors; the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey; and the Industrial Office Real Estate Brokers Association. Additionally, Jeff is involved in many philanthropic organizations, including the March of Dimes.
